250gself raising flour
50gvegan vanilla protein

2 tspbaking powder
1 tspbicarbonate of soda
2bananas
large, ripe, mashed
85gpeanut butter
150mldairy free milk
1 tspvinegar
60mlmaple syrup

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160.
Step 2
Line a round cake tin.
Step 3
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Step 4
In another bowl combine the wet ingredients.
Step 5
Pour wet into the dry and gently mix until just combined (do not over mix!)
Step 6
Divide the batter into two and then add the chocolate batter ingredients into one half.
Step 7
Assemble the cake by adding one tablespoon of each batter into the tin - layering on top of one another. The batter will spread out so I don’t swirl or mix it.
Step 8
Bake for 60 minutes or until cooked through. (I lightly covered mine with tin foil to stop it going too brown on top)
Step 9
Mix together the ingredients for the frosting and then top the cake once cooled.
