I LOVE grilled sandwiches! As a student, I’ve been surviving off of air-fried sweet potato, cereal bowls, bean salads, and protein cookies. LOL! SUCH a convenience eater am I. I definitely need to add a creative spin on my diet and find more recipes like this avocado sandwich! Avocado in grilled cheese is a GENIUS idea! Lovely recipe as always <3
