0.5 lbsground pork
or pork belly
2green onions
minced
1 inchginger
minced
1 tspsesame oil
2 tspshaoxing wine
3 tspstock
or water

Instructions
Step 1
For dumpling wrappers, add water into flour one spoon at a time and work the dough for 15-20 min. Let rest for 30 min. Then roll it into a long cylinder, about 1 inch diameter. Cut in small pieces and roll out.
Step 2
Mix the filling ingredients & build the dumplings. Bring a pot of water to boil and boil the dumplings for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Serve over dumplings and/or on the side as dipping sauce.
