Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400*.
Step 2
In a Dutch oven (or other oven safe dish), brown your sausage. Once browned, add in your garlic and cook until fragrant.
Step 3
Set about 1 cup of sauce off to the side and add the rest into your pot. Fill the jar or can with water and add to the pot.
Step 4
Once the other ingredients are combined, season and add your pasta. Combine well.
Step 5
Cover and let simmer for about 10-25 minutes. Be sure to stir often so it doesn't stick/burn to the bottom.
Step 6
Once most of the liquid is absorbed, add in your brick of cream cheese and allow to melt while mixing. Then add in 1/4th cup of parmesan.
Step 7
Add the reserved cup of sauce onto the top and spread evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan and the shredded mozzarella.
Step 8
Place into preheated oven until the cheese is melted and turning brown.
