More of a technique than a recipe so feel free to swap out any kind of nuts. This is a quick way to make shiny and delicious candies nuts.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
2. Add nuts and bring back to a boil.
Step 3
3. Strain nuts to remove excess water. They should still be damp and not dry.
Step 4
4. Add nuts into a mixing bowl and toss with powder sugar until lightly coated.
Step 5
5. Heat oil in a pan and fry nuts until golden brown. They will continue to cook so pull them before they get too dark.
Step 6
6. Remove from oil, allow to cool and enjoy.

7. Store in an airtight container
