Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2
Cut cauliflower in half and cut out center heart. Cut florets into bite sized pieces.
Step 3
Place in a bowl and add a bit of water if needed for seasoning to stick.
Step 4
Add salt/seasoning and mix well.
Step 5
Prep 2 baking sheets with cooking spray and divide the cauliflower between the two sheets and spread them out evenly.
Step 6
Roast for 20 mins. Flip florets and switch baking sheets to opposite rack.
Step 7
Roast for another 20 mins or until soft and well browned.
