Marinating the chicken:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the 350grams chicken cut into small pieces to the marinade. Keep the chicken marinated for at least an hour.

Boil rice with Cinnamon cloves and cardamom to make them aromatic.
Step 4
When the rice is 70% done, strain them and watch the rice with cold water to remove all the starch. Let them rest to drain the excess water.
Step 5
Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions into it. Cook until they are golden brown.
Step 6
Add the marinated chicken and let it cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.
Step 7
When the chicken is 80% done, add the rice over the chicken and close the lid and let both rice and chicken cook for at least 20 minutes.
Step 8
Biryani is ready! Enjoy!
