Instructions

Step 1
Clean grill grates and preheat to medium heat
Step 2
Stretch pizza dough to 1/2 in thick. (flour on counter) Do not use rolling pin
Step 3
Coat dough on both sides with olive oil cooking spray, Place on grate. Close lid and grill 5 min, until that side of dough is baked.
Step 4
Flip dough over, scatter mozarella on dough leaving an edge.
Step 5
Close lid again and grill until cheese is melted and bottom crust is baked. 3 to 6 min.
Step 6
Place.on serving platter, top with arugula. Drizzle olive oil. Saltnand pepper. Toss on prosciutto, parmesan, tomatoes and balsamic glaze.
