Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes for mash for about 25 min

Sautee onions and carrots
Step 3
Soften quorn mince when soft add onions and carrots and mix well
Step 4
Add 1 pint of beef stock with tomato puree and mint sauce. Stir well.
Step 5
Preheat oven 180 degrees
Step 6
Make the mash
Step 7
Pour the mince mixture in oven dish and cover with mash potato. Place in oven for about 25 minute.
