260gall-purpose flour

10gbaking powder

½ tspbaking soda

1 pinchsalt

1 tsppumpkin pie spice
or cinnamon

150mlmilk

160gpumpkin purée

2eggs

100ggranulated sugar

125gbutter

1 Tbspvanilla extract
For the Cream Cheese Filling
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin.
Step 2
2. In one bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. In another, whisk together milk, pumpkin purée, eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.

3. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
Step 4
4. Fill each muffin mold about two-thirds full with batter. Insert the piping bag into the center of the batter and pipe the cream cheese filling into the center. Add a little more filling on top.
Step 5
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the muffins are golden and the cream cheese on top is slightly set. Let them cool before serving. Enjoy!
