50gr di farina d’avena
1 pizzico di sale
Origano
Olio evo
1 cucchiaio di assata di pomodoro
100gr di albume
3gr di lievito per dolci
Topping:
Mozzarella
Sugo pronto
Unisci tutti gli ingredienti in una ciotola, cuocere i pancake in una padella antiaderente, poi giralo e sulla superficie aggiungi passata di pomodoro e mozzarella. Cuoci con coperchio per altri tre minuti.

1 tablespoon of tomato passata
100g of egg white
3 g of baking powder

Mozzarella cheese
Tomato passata
Combine together all the ingredients, pour the mixture into a nonstick pan. Then flip it after four minutes, add tomato passata and mozzarella cheese and cook it with the lid for another three minutes.
