Cuoci con coperchio per altri tre minuti. 🇬🇧 INGREDIENTS: 50gr of Oat flour 1 pinch of sale Oregano Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon of tomato passata 100g of egg white 3 g of baking powder Gasket: Mozzarella cheese Tomato passata Combine together all the ingredients, pour the mixture into a nonstick pan. Then flip it after four minutes, add tomato passata and mozzarella cheese and cook it with the lid for another three minutes.
