Instructions

Step 1
Fry onion and garlic.
Step 2
Add in chilies.
Step 3
Sprinkle pork with salt pepper and cumin then add to the pan. Fry till meat is browned (it doesn't have to be done)
Step 4
Sprinkle the flour and bullion over the top of the meat and stir in. Everything will clump together in a gooey mess.
Step 5
Pour water over the top and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Simmer for an hour minimum. Once meat is fully cooked remove from pan. Shred pork then return to the pan. Thicken sauce if needed. (It tastes best the next day.)
Step 7
Put 1/4 c refried beans in a tortilla.
Step 8
Pour 1/4 c meat/broth over the beans then fold the tortilla.
Step 9
Smoother with sauce and cheese.
Step 10
Put under the broiler for a minute till the cheese is melted.
Step 11
Top with tomatoes and avocado.
Step 12
Can substitute tortillas for rice if desired for a healthier option.
