Step 1
Set oven to 450, and preheat the oven with your sheet pan in the oven while you are chopping. Cut everything in to 1/2 inch cubes. Toss with olive oil and seasoning. Take the pan out and spread veggies out the return to oven for 45 minutes tossing once half way through.
