Thai Lime & Basil Stir Fry Sauce

Instructions

Step 1
Shake together all ingredients (except for basil leaves).
Step 2
Use immediately or freeze for up to 3 months. Add basil leaves to the stir fry just before serving.
Step 3
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan or a wok. Cook protein until cooked through.
Step 4
Add veggies, such as bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, snap peas. Cook for 3 or so minutes, until tender but crisp.
Step 5
Add the entire batch of stir fry sauce (thawed completely if you froze it). Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through and starting to thicken.
Step 6
Add any leaves, such as sliced chard, or Asian greens, to the pan and toss everything to coat in the sauce.
Step 7
Serve over brown rice, konjac root noodles, noodles, and sprinkled in nuts or seeds.
