Instructions

Step 1
Cut jalopenos in half and remove seeds.
Step 2
Cook Italian sausage in skillet on medium heat
Step 3
Once Italian sausage is cooked, put in food processor to grind to fine. (Pulse a several times- not a purée)
Step 4
Drain sausage and put sausage back in skillet on medium heat.
Step 5
Add cream cheese to skillet along with seasonings to taste. Cook until cream cheese is mixed in with sausage and seasonings.
Step 6
Remove from heat and add Parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Spoon mixture into jalopenos.
Step 8
Pre cook bacon for few minutes.(optional)
Step 9
wrap filled jalopenos with bacon.
Step 10
Place on tray with holes over a solid tray in over at 425 degrees and cook until bacon is crispy. 20 minutes on bottom rack.
