Ingredients

Cheese Quesidillas

Chicken Quesadillas

Beef Quesidillas

1 lbbroil
London, or ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packettaco seasoning
4-6 cups shredded cheese
4 cupsshredded cheese

To Freeze Leftovers

Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat large skillet or griddle. Spray with non-stick spray.
Step 2
Spread tortillas with margarine and place on griddle.

Cheese Quesidillas

Step 3
Top with 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 4
Top with second flour tortilla and fry until Golden brown.
Step 5
Repeat, as needed.

Chicken Quesadillas

Step 6
Cool rotisserie chicken in refrigerator until cool enough to handle.
Step 7
Remove meat and shred or cut into 1/2" cubes.
Step 8
Lay out 5 tortillas.
Step 9
Top with rounded 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 10
Top cheese with 1/2 c. chopped chicken.
Step 11
Top with second flour tortilla and fry in pan, one at a time until golden.

Beef Quesidillas

Step 12
Slice London Broil, if using. Saute London Broil or ground beef until cooked and add taco seasoning packet.
Step 13
Lay out 5 tortillas.
Step 14
Top with rounded 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 15
Top cheese with 1/2 c. cooked and seasoned taco meat.
Step 16
Top with second flour tortilla and fry in pan, one at a time until golden.

To Put Away

Step 17
Allow to cool.
Step 18
Place uneaten quesadillas into a gallon size freezer bag, placing a piece of wax paper between each quesadilla.
Step 19
Make sure to label outside of freezer bag with date and type of Quesadillas.
