Instructions
Step 1
- Fry off a diced white onion in garlic puree then add 200g lean beef mince.
Step 2
- Add a splash of red vine vinegar, tbsp tomato puree, 1/2 carton tomato and garlic passata, sprig of thyme, spring of rosemary chopped finely leave for a few minutes
Step 3
- Then add a beef stock cube crumbled and an added 150ml or so of water and tsp mixed herbs as well as a tsp of granulated sweetener, season with salt pepper and leave to simmer
Step 4
- Boil 150g dry orzo in salted water
Step 5
- Combine 3/4 the orzo with the mince and to a casserole dish followed by 100g @dolmiouk light white lasagne sauce and 15g mozzarella
Step 6
- Top with remaining orzo and another 100g dolmio sauce, 15g mozzarella and 20g @eatlean cheese and bake on 170 fan assisted for around 15 minutes or until golden
Step 7
- Scattered with fresh parsley ๐คค๐ฅ
