Instructions
Step 1
Add water in a medium sauce pan and bring to a low simmer.
Step 2
Add dashi powder (fish broth).
Step 3
Place dried wakame (seaweed)
Step 4
In a small bowl, stir the miso paste together with some of the hot broth until the mixture is smooth, then stir it back into the soup.
Step 5
Add vegetable/mushroom/tofu as you wish.

Very good, added some soy sauce and salt. Cooked for about 30mins to let mushrooms absorb extra soup
