Hibachi Japanese Clear Soup

Was really good. Dogs loved the carrots that you remove from the dish, I used whole baby carrots.

I didn't have ginger and I added garlic salt instead of garlic but it turned out amazing

It was pretty good although I feel the instructions could have been more specific. I did not care for that, I am new to cooking and have never prepared soup before.

I added celery salt and powdered ginger because I didn't have fresh. It was great for cold weather.

Pretty good little soup. I've got two teenagers, one had her tonsils removed and one had wisdom tooth surgery. This soup is going to be a life saver since they both love Hibachi style soup. It doesn't taste exactly like it, but it's close. I didn't have any green onions, so I substituted with chives.
