Pickled mushroom!
Yum!
These work great in sandwiches & salads.
I love it with potato dishes such as a jacket potato, and broth based soups like caldo verde.
You can use any mushroom you like that is mild in flavor such as Nameko, Chanterelle, Oyster, Button & Chestnut.
