The smoothie
Step 1
Add one banana into your blender
Step 2
Add 4-6 chuncks of frozen mango
Step 3
Add 2-4 frozen strawberries
Step 4
Add milk of choice ( almond,soy,oat,normal) put enough milk to cover a little less than half way through the fruit

Blend

Step 6
Then put into small wooden bowl or bowl of choice
Step 7
Add prices of ghram cracker ( optional) and enjoy!
