Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Place the carrots in a medium sized mixing bowl and add the olive oil, honey and lemon juice. Mix together. Then add the salt, pepper, ground cinnamon, garlic salt, and thyme (don’t add the butter!).
Step 3
Grease your casserole dish. (You can use cooking spray or butter). Then add the carrots to your dish. Place the two tablespoons of butter on top of the carrots and place into the oven uncovered.
Step 4
Cook for 15 minutes, then take the carrots out a give it a stir and put them back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
