Step 1
Heat a griddle over medium heat
Step 2
Whisk together the Kodiak Cakes Mix, water, molasses, egg and spices. Drop by the tablespoon onto the griddle making mini pancakes.
Step 3
Divide the pancakes by the number of servings.
Step 4
Whisk the topping ingredients together in a small bowl. Top each serving of pancakes with 25g of the caramel topping.
Step 5
Cook the eggs to your liking and serve on the side.
