Step 1
Cream butter and sugars till light and fluffy, about 2 minutes
Step 2
Mix in egg and molasses till blended
Step 3
Sift dry ingredients and mix in gradually till combined. Use large scoop to get 14 cookies. Bake 11 to 12 minutes. Cool on pan for 10 minutes. Make buttercream- cream butter, add powdered sugar, vanilla and milk, beat till creamy. Spread on cooled cookies.
