Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat your skillet pan to a medium high heat with drizzle of olive oil and a splash of water

2. (I cut my chicken breasts in half depends on how you like them cooked)

3. Put your chicken breasts in the pan and start seasoning

4. I season with lemon pepper, pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. (It is chicken so it’s however you want it to taste)

5. Sprinkle all seasonings on both sides of chicken. Cover with lid and Cook until 90% of the way done

6. Cut chicken into chunks and throw back into the pan. Cover and cook until done

7. Once cooked set aside and prepare your veggies.
Cucumber: peel and slice from end to end to make slices like a thin pickle
Tomato: Dice however big or small you would like
Lettuce: Shred or cut into chunks like salad
Step 8
8. Grab your tortilla, put slices of cucumber (I put 2), sprinkle your tomatoes, add some lettuce, chicken and top with ranch dressing or even Caesar.
