Instructions

Step 1
Fry onion and garlic in oil

Add pepper and courgette and fry
Step 3
Add toms and paste and season and cook for 5 mins
Step 4
Cook pasta spirals and drain
Step 5
Add pasta to vegs and mix. Put in shallow dish
Step 6
Sprinkle with cheese and toast under grill until browned.
