Instructions

Step 1
Boil Pasta as directed on packaging
Step 2
Slice Cherry Tomatoes into halves
Step 3
Cut off ends of cucumber. Slice in half vertically and then slice the halves in half. Slice strips into cubes.
Step 4
Slice or shred chicken into smaller pieces if needed.
Step 5
Optional: Cut the Spinach into small pieces if desired or use as whole raw leaves
Step 6
Once pasta is cooked al-dente, strain.
Step 7
Put the pasta into a tossing bowl or directly into the serving bowl.
Step 8
Add in the oil, garlic powder, dill, lemon juice and black pepper.
Step 9
Add sliced veggies and chicken.
Step 10
Toss the salad and add more seasoning or oil/juice if desired.
