Preheat oven to 425 F

Boil water for pasta
Step 3
Slice all vegetables
Step 4
Combine vegetables and spices on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil

place sheet pan in an oven, cook at 425 for 20 minutes
Step 6
Once water is boiling, add gnocchi pasta to water
Step 7
Once gnocchi is cooked, remove from water, place in bowl
Step 8
combine gnocchi, parmesan, and olive oil. mix well
Step 9
Add gnocchi mix to sheet pan, broil for 3-5 minutes
