Chorizo Hash
Potato hash with lots of flexibility and flavour. A great brunch. Needs non stick frying pan with lid.

Instructions
Step 1
Boil diced potatoes until nearly cooked.
Step 2
Fry onions and garlic in oil until clear.
Step 3
Add chorizo, extract oil and paprika by cooking the chorizo. Colours onions too.
Step 4
Add potatoes, mix well
Step 5
Add smoked paprika and stir
Step 6
Add plenty of salt and keep stirring. Add pepper too. Add oil if needed.
