I wanted to put my own spin on these using the microwave to make them in just a minute or two (usually they take around 20 minutes in a traditional oven). Instructions
Step 1
In a microwave safe bowl combine softened peanut butter, maple syrup and milk.
Step 2
Add the oat flour, baking powder. Combine well, scraping the bottom of the bowl as the peanut butter settles to the bottom of the bowl.
Step 3
Stir in chocolate chips and microwave for around 1 minute and 30 seconds to 1 minute and 45 seconds.
Step 4
Every microwave is different so please adjust timing. DO NOT over bake.
