Step 1
Cut the apple in a mix of bite-sized chunks or smaller
Step 2
Put the metal pan in low fire
Step 3
In a metal pan, add the apple and brown on both sides

Add the butter and water and start mixing
Step 5
Start blending and adding sugar tbsp by tbsp until it melts as well

Once the apple mix is sticky but still a bit runny, pour in a separate bowl
For the curry

Cut the carrots and potatoes to bite sized chunks

Cut the onions in half, then julienne for about half an inch

Pour some oil on the pot and brown the outside of the meat on all sides

Pour the meat on a separate bowl

Caramelize the onions on the liquid from the meat

Add 1-2 cups of water as needed while caramelizing the onions

Add the carrots and potatoes, and sauté for another few minutes

Put the meat back in the pot

Pour the rest of the water, cover and cook on High Pressure. NPR for 5 min.
