Step 1
Rub fish slice with salt and corn flour. Leave aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a wok until hot. Fry ginger and garlic until golden and crispy. Drain and place on a serving plate.
Step 3
Put combined sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a quick boil.
Step 4
Pour sauce over fish and garnish with crispy garlic and ginger.
