Mix all the wet ingredients together

Sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie

Add the sparkling water

Crush 150g of hazelnuts and add with 125g chocolate chips into the mixture

Add your muffin/tulip cups to a muffin tin

Fill your cups halfway

Add the rest of your hazelnuts (70g crushed) and your chocolate chips (125g) on top

Bake for 45-50min depending on your oven (always check with a tooth pick)

Let it cool for 5min in the tin and than put them on a wire rack to cool
