Instructions
Step 1
Start with one package of Edwards & Son's unseasoned Jackfruit and 2 cups of vegetable broth in a medium pan, and bring to a boil. Let it simmer til all liquid is evaporated.
Step 2
Once liquid is evaporated, add the oilve oil and until onions are soft, then add red peppers and garlic. Continue to saute until the peppers are soft.
Step 3
Add in the seasons and stir to coat. Now pour in the diced tomatoes and a half a cup of vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes.
