Instructions
Step 1
Bloom yeast and sugar in water, then add flour and salt to the bowl
Step 2
Mix until just combined and stretchy
Step 3
Let rise for 2 hours covered
Step 4
Bring edges of dough into the middle, add a bit of oil and fold bread into itself and put into a greased and floured bread tin.
Step 5
Let rise an hour or until it hits the top of the pan.
Step 6
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes
