Instructions

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil and begin cooking your rice noodles according to the package
Step 2
On a skillet over medium heat, heat your oil and begin cooking your diced and seasoned chicken. Add the juice of 1/2 a lime while the chicken cooks.
Step 3
Once your chicken is cooked, scramble your eggs in the same pan.
Step 4
Add bean sprouts and green onions to the skillet
Step 5
Once your noodles are done, drain and add to your skillet
Step 6
Mix in your sauce, peanuts, and the other half of the lime juice
Step 7
Garnish with green onion and a lime wedge
