For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Saute garlic, 1/2 the red onion and jalapeno until onion becomes transparent. Add in the ground beef, season with Lawry's and cook until all the pink is gone and beef is nicely browned.
Step 2
Add all ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and mix. If you feel it's missing more of something, feel free to add. I added a little bit of Lawry's to mine.
Step 3
Assemble salad! In a bowl, place shredded lettuce. Add some of your beef mixture. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, cheddar cheese and sauce. Enjoy!
