Instructions
Step 1
Mix marg into flour using fingertips, until it looks like bread crumbs.
Preheat oven to 180°C
Step 2
Add suger and mix.
Step 3
Mix bicarb in warm water and add to mixture.
Step 4
Mix syrup and ginger and add to mixture.
Kneed well.
Step 5
Roll into balls and flatten.
Bake for 20 minutes.
