Ingredients

9 ozHeart of Palm Spaghetti
1 pintcherry tomatoes
chopped in half
1cucumber
large, diced
1green bell pepper
medium, diced
1red bell pepper
diced
1red onion
large, diced
2 x 2 ouncesBlack olives
cans, sliced, ripe, drained
0.5 bottleItalian salad dressing
⅛ cupgrated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoonsesame seeds
½ teaspoonpaprika
⅛ teaspoongarlic powder
¼ teaspooncelery seed
Instructions
Step 1
Heat Heart of Palm Spaghetti for 4 min in1/4 chicken stock or water. Drain of any remaining liquid and let noodles cool
Step 2
Once noodles have cooled Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green and red bell pepper, red onion, and olives or any other veggies you want to add, to a large bowl.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Italian salad dressing, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, paprika, celery seed, and garlic powder.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until coated.
Step 5
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
