Instructions
Step 1
Cream butter & sugar, beat in egg & vanilla, gently fold in baking powder & salt. alternate adding flour & milk.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, crush 1/2 of the blueberries then add to batter along with the rest of the blueberries whole.
Step 3
Scoop into lined muffin pan & top with streusel and/or sugar (optional) bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes
