Instructions

Step 1
Sweat the sliced onion, diced carrot and crushed garlic in oil until soft.
Step 2
Remove from pan and fry the diced pork until browned
Step 3
Add the cooked vegetables, paprika and parsley and cook for a few minutes
Step 4
Pour in a splash of white wine and enough chicken stock to cover
Step 5
Cover and cook for 40 mins
Step 6
Add the rinsed Cannelini beans and peas and cook for 15 mins more
Step 7
Cook the dry gnocchi in boiling water for 40 mins and then immediately plunge into cold water. Pat dry with kitchen towel and then fry in oil until crispy
Step 8
Serve with green vegetables
