Step 1
Wash the potatoes and cub them into fourths or sixth depending on how big they are. Put them in a bowl and set it aside

In separate bowl mix together spices with the oil. Poor it over the potatoes once everything is well mixed. Tossed the potatoes with the oil mixture and grease a cookie sheet and poor your potatoes on it spread it out. Make sure all potatoes are flat on the pan and none on top of each other.

Bake your potatoes at 350°F for 60 minutes or until soft inside,golden brown on the outside and crispy. Make sure to tossed them around every 15 minutes throughout the baking process
