In separate bowl mix together spices with the oil. Poor it over the potatoes once everything is well mixed. Tossed the potatoes with the oil mixture and grease a cookie sheet and poor your potatoes on it spread it out. Make sure all potatoes are flat on the pan and none on top of each other.
