1 cupoat milk
1 tablespoonlemon juice
¾ cupSugar
1 Tbspgolden flax meal
3 Tbspwater
⅓ cupcoconut oil
2 tsporange blossom water
1 ½ cupscake flour
3 TbspCornstarch
1 tspbaking powder
¼ tspBaking soda
½ tspSalt
⅔ cupfull fat canned coconut milk
⅔ cupoat milk
1 x 7 ozsweetened condensed coconut milk

¼ cupmaple syrup
1 Tbsporange blossom water
½ tspSalt
2mangos

2 Tbspwater

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
2. Make your flax egg by mixing together flax meal and water. Set aside for 10 mins. Mix together milk and lemon juice and set aside. Whisk together the sugar, flax egg, and coconut oil. Add the milk mixture and orange blossom.

3. Mix together the dry ingredients and sift into wet ingredients. Whisk until just combined.

4. Pour into greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 25-30 mins

5. While cake bakes, whisk the coconut milk, condensed milk, oat milk, maple syrup, 1 tbsp orange blossom water, and salt in a pot over low heat until simmering. Remove and let cool.
Step 6
6. Slice cake into 9 slices, poke holes, and pout 1/2 cup of milk mixture at a time. Let sit overnight (covered)
Step 7
7. Puree mango with sugar, water, and salt until smooth.
Step 8
8. Top with coco whipped cream, mango puree, and a dusting of cinnamon.
