Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 F

Grease popover tin with butter or coconut oil spray
Step 3
Place tin in hot oven for about 8 minutes

Put the 4 eggs into a medium-sized bowl and beat until frothy
Step 5
Add 1 cup unflavored whey protein, (or vanilla or chocolate flavored for a sweet popover,) then melted oil/butter, almond milk, baking powder and salt. You can use an immersion blender or stand up blender to mix ingredients thoroughly.

Carefully remove hot tin from oven. Spoon roughly 1 tsp melted oil or butter into each hot cup and pour in batter until 2/3 full.

Bake at 450 F for 20 minutes

Poke a hole with a toothpick or sharp knife point into each popover to release moisture, then reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 20 minutes
Step 9
Remove from oven and serve immediately!
