Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Step 2
Sift flour into mixing bowl and add sugar and butter. Rub the butter in to "breadcrumb" stage.
Step 3
Chop rhubarb and place in oven-proof dish. Sprinkle over sugar, and mix around a little.
Step 4
Sprinkle over the crumble topping, and press down well with fork (or clean fingers). Run fork prongs gently over the surface to maintain the crumbly look.
Step 5
Bake for 35 minutes, until golden brown.
