Instructions

Step 1
Cook onions, garlic and butter over medium heat until onions are tender. Remove from skillet.
Step 2
Start water for noodles.
Step 3
In the same skillet, cook beef halfway.
Step 4
Stir in 1/2 cup of broth, salt and worcestershire sauce.
Step 5
Heat to boil, then reduce heat. Simmer for 6 minutes. Start noodles.
Step 6
Stir in the remaining 1/2 cup broth into flour in separate bowl. Then add to beef.
Step 7
Add the onion butter garlic mix.
Step 8
Heat to boil stir constantly, boil 1 minute.
Step 9
Stir in sour cream only until hot.
