Instructions
Step 1
Cut both wraps into 4 equal pieces, making a total of 8 roll ups.
Step 2
Place about 1 tsp of filling ( if you are adding filling) on each piece of wrap. Repeat with all 8 pieces.
Step 3
Roll up jelly-style and if needed secure with toothpick.
Step 4
In a shallow plate, whisk together eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar substitute and transfer to a shallow plate.
Step 6
Dip each rollup into egg mixture coating well on both sides. Then dip into cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Step 7
Melt butter in skillet.
Step 8
Place all 8 roll ups seam down in a prepared skillet.
Step 9
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side if using a skillet.
Step 10
Serve with CARAMEL sauce or syrup
