Ingredients

For the Gravy

2 Tbspoil
or butter

1 tspsalt

15cashew nuts

1onion
large, sliced

8Dry red chilli

5tomato
Medium sized, chopped

1 cupmilk
For Tempering

2 Tbspghee

1 heaped tspginger garlic paste

5cardamom

1 tspred chilli powder

¼ tspgaram masala

½ tspsalt

1 Tbspcoriander leaves

1 tspkasuri methi

Instructions
Step 1
In a kadai heat and cook the ingredients until soft and puree in a blender.









Step 2
Heat ghee in a pan, add Cardamom, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt, Coriander leaves & Kasuri Methi then sauté it for half a minute.









Step 3
To the kadai, add the puree, tempering, paneer cubes, cream and butter. Boil it for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
