1 tspminced garlic

3 Tbspred curry paste

1shallot
large

1 ltrchicken stock

400gcoconut milk

24Frozen Gyoza

1 Tbspfish sauce

1 tspcastor sugar

fresh lime juice

Instructions
Step 1
Cook onion in vegetable oil until softened, mix in garlic & ginger for 1-2 mins.
Step 2
Add in curry paste and heat for 1-2 mins, pour in stock and coconut milk. Season and simmer for 10 mins.
Step 3
Cook gyoza with greens in boiling water.
Step 4
Add fish sauce, sugar & lime juice to sauce.
Step 5
Serve gyoza with sauce, greens, spring onion, crispy onions & chilli crisp.
