Instructions

Step 1
1. In a large pan- add butter and flour, whisk together to cook for a few minutes.
Step 2
2. Once golden brown, whisk in milk and water, once all combined bring to a slight boil.

3. Whisk in seasonings, then stir in your uncooked pasta.
Step 4
4. Cover and cook on low for 20-25 minutes or until pasta is cooked, being sure to give it a good stir every so often. Add more milk or water if mixture begins to dry & pasta isn't cooked yet).
Step 5
5. Once pasta is cooked, take off heat and stir in cheeses.
Step 6
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
